the populist

Photobucket of the top democratic contenders, john edwards should be the people's choice. his anti-corporate, anti-lobbyist stance should resonate with voters, especially in a time where the middle class is disappearing, hard working folks are being skinned alive in the markets while corporations, despite billions in write-offs, still manage to pay out million dollar bonuses to its top employees and ceo's.

the paradox is, this message isn't sticking. but that doesn't mean he should give up the fight. this thing is far from over, even if the media has decided this is a horse race between clinton and obama. some people say edwards is too angry. well, he should be angry, and so should every american citizen. the iraq war, wire tapping, the economy and the looming recession, the hijacking of health care by insurance companies, the loss of habeas corpus and the institution of torture... the list goes on. real change is about electing the right person for the time: edwards is that person.
